- What we’re planning
- Chicken CSA: $900 upfront for 100 lbs of processed whole chickens.
- Choosing your order
- We pack whole birds as close to 100 lbs as practical. The total may be a little above or below, and the number of birds varies.
- When to expect details
- First chicken pickups are expected in the second half of July 2027, about eight weeks after our usual start in late May.
