Visit

A farm tour, with room for questions.

Would you enjoy a guided visit with time to ask Eric and Elizabeth about the farm and plans for the season? We’re exploring a small-group tour for people who want to get to know where their food comes from.

Tell us who you would bring and what you would like to learn. A route, visitor arrangements, and dates would be shared before any booking opens.

Learn

A Saturday chicken-processing class.

We’re considering an educational session for people interested in raising chickens for their own table. The idea is to explain what processing involves and make time for practical questions.

This topic involves animal slaughter and raw-poultry handling. The teaching format, participation requirements, and whether any poultry could go home with participants are still to be decided. No class or take-home bird is being offered yet.

Cook

Make more of what the farm raises.

Which ideas would earn a place in your kitchen: a broth-making bundle, recipe-led freezer bundles, or prepared products such as stock? We’re gathering interest in useful ways to bring farm food to the table.

These are product ideas only. Ingredients, sizes, preparation, processing arrangements, and prices would need to be settled before anything is offered.
