What belongs on your table?

Help us plan what to raise. Share the programmes that interest you and a rough idea of what your household might buy through the whole season. Estimates are welcome—you don’t need to have it all worked out.

Which programmes interest you?

Choose any that fit. Each is purchased separately.

Estimate whole-chicken pounds for the whole 2027 season to help us plan the CSA. This is your household’s estimate, not a reserved share amount. Leave it blank if you’re unsure. Keep these pounds out of the cuts estimates below.

First pickups are expected in the second half of July 2027. This is an optional preference; dates and the final schedule will be confirmed before enrollment.

Estimate cuts and farmstand purchases

Think about your household’s total for the whole 2027 season. Count only additional cuts and farmstand shopping here; leave out chicken CSA pounds and whole or half animal shares. Leave a quantity blank if you’re unsure.

Farm Table Credit is for eligible available cuts and farmstand products. These estimates help us plan; they don’t reserve a product or guarantee its availability. Duck eggs depend on enough interest.

Tell us about whole or half animal shares

These are separate purchases from the chicken CSA and Farm Table Credit. Tell us what interests you; we’ll follow up with pricing, timing and deposit details. Pork, lamb and beef share processing is charged separately. The chicken CSA is 100 lbs of processed whole chickens.
