Hanging weight is the carcass weight before it is cut and packaged. Your take-home packages weigh less; the amount varies with your cuts, bones and trimming. We’ll show an estimated total bill and take-home range alongside each animal’s price.
A deposit will count toward your final bill. Before reservations open, each offer will state the deposit, price per pound of hanging weight, separate processing charges, pickup timing and cancellation terms. Processing is additional to the hanging-weight price.
Animal shares are purchased separately from Farm Table Credit. Sharing your plans now helps us decide how much to raise; it does not reserve an animal or require payment.
